Response to COVID-19.

20.12.2021

We would like to thank you for your support as we navigate through the challenges that coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to present.  We would like to take this opportunity to personally reassure you that the team at Mercedes-Benz Castle Hill are taking proactive measures to protect our staff and you, our valued guests.
Whilst visiting our dealership we encourage you to:
·        Sign in via the Service NSW COVID Safe QR Code check-in
·        Proof of vaccination status will be required if entering our showroom or visiting our guest lounge via a NSW government approved COVID-19 vaccination certificate
·        Face masks must be worn whilst indoors
·        Social Distancing – 1 person, per 4 square metre rule
In response to the concerns around the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), we will continue to review our health and safety procedures and have taken additional measures to ensure your safety. You can read below for an update on our current practices.
Hygiene practices
We continue to maintain the highest hygiene and cleaning practices throughout our dealerships. We’re closely following all advice received from NSW Health regarding precautions that are needed to minimise risks associated with COVID-19.  We are ensuring our staff maintain high hygiene standards throughout the dealership. We are equipped with hand sanitiser stations which are available to all staff and guests.
Cleaning
We continue to uphold the highest standards when it comes to cleaning our dealerships, including service and loan cars, with already stringent hygiene processes in place. At a minimum, our dealerships are cleaned daily.
As part of our COVID-19 safety plan to help create and maintain a safe environment for our guests and employees we ask that you assist us in preventing the spread.  If you are unwell we ask that you do not enter our dealership and make alternative arrangements.
In the meantime, we look forward to welcoming you to Mercedes-Benz Castle Hill.
